We don’t tolerate such nonsense when it comes to other perishables, so why does wine continue to be so poorly treated?
As with cork taint and wine forgery, change will only come about when there’s sufficient consumer pressure. Do your part, and insist on proper handling and storage from all your wine suppliers.
